TERMS OF SERVICE
By requesting a commission, the client agrees to the following terms of service. Should any of these terms be violated, the artist reserves the right to terminate the project and the client will forfeit all rights to the work
REQUESTING
Please make sure the following requirements are met before requesting.
+ All requests and correspondence must be in English
+ All requests must be submitted via the Commission Request Form.
+ Please read the FAQ and TOS before requesting a commission.
+ Clients must be able to pay through PayPal
+ Clients must be able to communicate through discord
GENERAL
General guidelines for commissions and communication.
+ Requests are NOT first come first serve. There is no time guarantee for delivery. I am a human being who has a personal life as well. I will always make commissions my top priority unless outside circumstances beg to differ.
+ The client agrees that they will NOT be pulling their request mid-commission and fully intend to see it through to completion.
+ Clients must give an accurate description of what they are looking for at the beginning of the art process. Any design changes or tweaks requested that are not clear in the original references will result in additional charges.
+ The client agrees to communicate professionally with the artist. Any inappropriate or hostile communication will not be tolerated.
+ Commissions will be completed in the artist's style. Requests to alter the style in any way will not be accepted.
+ Clients must agree that any additions to VTuber models MUST be made through me (the original artist). If there is something I cannot do, I will allow the client to find an artist who can, but the request must still go through me first.
COPYRIGHT/USEAGE
I, the artist, hold the rights to the produced artwork.
The client may:
+ Use the artwork for personal use on social media or elsewhere
+ Use the artwork for streaming and videos both monetized or un-monetized
+ Request not to be tagged on social media before they are ready to debut the artwork themselves
The client MUST:
+ Credit the artist when the art is used. (Please see the FAQ page for examples)
+ NOT claim the artist's work as their own
The artist may:
+ Use the art in a portfolio and/or for self-promotion
+ Post the art on social media including works in progress and previews (this also includes streaming)
PAYMENT
All payments will be made through Paypal and are submitted in three parts.

+ Work will begin once the required payment is submitted
+ Payments are non-refundable once payments have been sent.
+ Prices are non-negotiable
PRIVACY
Client and artist information is confidential

+ The artist agrees that the client's information will not be stored or shared externally
+ The client agrees that the artist's information (aside from social media handles) will not be stored or shared externally
NSFW
I will NOT accept requests that include any of the following. These are just fetishes/scenarios that I don't personally resonate with, therefor I do not feel as if I could charge for art I know will be subpar due to my own tastes when there are plenty of other wonderful artists out there who could handle your requests better.

- Male on Male
- Futas with both genitals
- Gore / Death
- Abnormal Body Fluids (blood, urine, feces etc. )
